Why am I getting an error when trying to register for the app?

If you are seeing this error message when trying to register for the app and you have received an email invitation, it's almost certainly because you are trying to register with a different email address to the one used to invite you.

When a school restricts access to invited users only you must use the same email that they have on record for you to register.
