Can you explain the registration process?

When you first open the app and login to your child's school (or centre), you'll be asked to read and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Once you've done that, enter your full name, email address, phone number (optional) and create your Password*. The app will then let you know that we'll send you an email with a link to click to verify your address. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If it still doesn't turn up, double check the email address you've entered into the app. It's easy to make a spieling mistake on a phone!

* 6 characters, comprising at least 1 capital letter and 1 numeral

That's it, you're done and can start using all the app features available.

But why do you need my details?

If the school needs to message you, having your full name registered means they can be sure they're contacting the right parent/carer. Your details are also used when you use the Absence Notification function or one of the other features where it will help the app administrator know who is using their app. It will also help to school to know who is viewing their app from a safeguarding standpoint.
