The contact tab is where you manage the details parents and carers need to keep in touch with the school
Main email, main phone and website are the primary contact points for your school
When adding the address the school name will be added automatically. All fields with * are mandatory. Enter the address again in the text field for the map and click SEARCH. You can alter the zoom and reposition the location marker manually.
If you operate at another site click the ADD NEW LOCATION button and enter the second set of contact details.
Social Media
By entering the details of your Facebook and Twitter accounts icons will appear on the app Contact page enabling parents and carers to link directly to those apps if installed on their phones.
Feedback
This feature enables parents to contact the school with comments or concerns. It is structured to encourage initial feedback direct to the school. This could be a different email address from the main school email if required. Parents could also contact the school governors. If enable Inspectorate link is checked a direct link to the parent feedback page on the relavent site* will be opened.

Information (home screen button)
This provides general information about the school and is accessible for parents from the Home screen of the app. The format is similar to News (Picture, headline and text) and enables you to give a general introduction or possibly a welcome from the head.
Contacts
If data is entered into this field parents will see a Staff contact button on the page. As many members of staff as required can be added. Once entered, the list of names can be reordered (Cursor will change to move icon when placed over a name. Click and drag to the the desired position.)
Once all data has been added click SAVE at the bottom of the page
