App messages (push notifications) sent in error can now be deleted in the admin portal. A message that has been deleted will be removed from the Messages section on the app and will no longer be visible to app users.
To delete a message:
- If the message has been delivered* go to App messaging > Message history
* If the message is still queued for delivery and is still listed in Scheduled messages, it can be deleted before before delivery.
- Find the message you would like to delete in the list. Latest message will be at the top on the list. Click on the DELETE button.
- You will be required to confirm deletion.
- The message will now be removed from app messages. The message deletion will be recorded in the audit log of activity on the admin portal.
