If the school has an MIS integration with mySchoolApp (via Wonde) there are a number of reasons why data may not be syncing across to the app. This could result in:
- Parents/carers not being sent invitations to use the app and being unable to register.
- Registered parents not having their children listed on the app. This will result in them being unable to use the My child or Consent features available on the mySchoolApp Connect package.
Wonde suggest if parents or students are missing it's normally going to be one of the below:
- There's an issue with the Wonde connection to the school
- The school has changed MIS provider OR has not entered the data into the MIS correctly
- Access control is implemented - where they have created blacklists / whitelists to control the visibility of the data.
