How do I share our Google Calendar with mySchoolApp?

Follow these steps to share your school Google calendar with mySchoolApp. Our system will keep your school app in sync with whatever changes are made to the Google calendar. 

If your account is managed through school, you might not have access to all of the permissions options. To learn more, contact your admin.

On your computer, open Google Calendar. You can't share calendars from the Google Calendar app. 

1. On the left, find the "My calendars" section. You might need to click it to expand it. 
2. Hover over the calendar you want to share, click More   Settings and sharing.
   • To broadly share it: Under "Access permissions," check the box next to Make available to public and select See all event details from the drop down selection. Learn more about these options below.
     
3. Scroll down the Integrate calendar
4. Copy the line below Calendar ID
   
5. Email this link to one of our team and we get your website integration set up.
